Abstract
An ordinance directing the Treasurer of the Town of Columbia to transfer from the Water Fund of said town, into the General Municipal Coupon Bonds for Water Works, interest fund, sufficient money to pay the interest upon the General Municipal Coupon Bonds of the Town of Columbia for Water Works.
