An ordinance prohibiting the permitting of cattle, horses, mules, asses, swine, sheep and goats to stray or run at large within certain limits within the Town of Columbia, authorizing the impounding of same, the collection of fees in connection therewith, the sale thereof under certain circumstances, and providing a penalty for its violation.
