An ordinance ratifying and approving the assessment roll for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, in the Town of Columbia, from south line of Angeline Street to the center line of Hudson Street fixing the amount to be assessed against each lot and parcel of land liable therefor, levying and assessing such amounts against such lots and parcels respectively, and declaring the lien and directing the collection of such assessments.
