An ordinance providing for the improvement of Crawford Street in Columbia Terrace, an addition to the Town (now City of Columbia, from the east margin of the present planking of Rainier Avenue in said addition to the west margin of Caldwell Street, by planking, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by local assessment.
