An ordinance vacating the alley on the west side of Lot 216 and between it and lots lettered A, B, C, D and E all in Block 9 of the plat of Columbia and accepting a conveyance from D. C. Brown and Arlettie Brown, his wife, to a strip of land 14 feet wide off from the south side of lot lettered E in Block 9 of the Plat of Columbia in King County, Washington, and dedicating the same to the use of the public for an alley.
