Abstract
An ordinance vacating the alley lying on the east side of Lot 277 and between it and lots lettered A, B, C, and D, all in Block 16 of the plat of Columbia and accepting a conveyance from H. H. A. Hastings and Minnie M. Hastings, his wife, of fourteen feet off from the north side of lot lettered "E" in Block 16 to be used as an alley and dedicating the same as an alley.
