An ordinance vacating the alley lying on the west side of Lot 288 and between it and lots lettered F, G, H and J, and that the alley lying on the west side of the southwest 62 feet of Lot 276 and between it and lots numbered C, D and the north 14 of Lot "E" all in Block 15 of the plat of Columbia and accepting a conveyance from J. A. Freeman of fourteen feet off from the south side of lot lettered "E" in Block 15 to be used as an alley and dedicating the same as an alley.
