An ordinance ratifying and approving the assessment roll for the improvement of certain streets in the Town of Columbia as authorized by Ordinance No. 143 of said town; fixing the amount to be assessed against each lot and parcel of land liable therefore; levying and assessing such amounts against such lots and parcels respectively, and declaring the lien and providing for the payment and collection of such assessments, with interest.
