An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to convey to H.H.A. Hastings, all of the personal property, including all fencing belonging to the Town of Columbia, situated on the south twelve acres of the south east quarter of the north east quarter of section twenty-one (21), township twenty-four (24) north of range four (4) east W.M. and also conveying the water main extending from the reservoir situated on the above described property to the first point south west from the gate in the three inch water main belonging to the Town of Columbia in Frye's addition to the Town of Columbia.
