Abstract
An ordinance providing for the improvement of Milton-Noble Street in the Town of Columbia between the north line of the Town of Columbia being a point one hundred and thirty feet north of Americus Street and the south line of Ferdinand Street, by construction of a sidewalk, and the proper culverts, curbing and gutters, in and along the east side of said street between said points; providing for the assessment of the cost and expense of said improvement against the property liable therefore, and for the collection and enforcement of said assessment, and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith.
