An ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, in the Town of Columbia, from the northern limit of said town to the southern limit thereof, by the construction of a plank roadway in said avenue between said points, creating the General Improvement Fund, and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement, and ratifying all the acts of the officers of said town in connection therewith.
