Abstract
An ordinance declaring the benefits to the property specially benefited by the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the Town of Columbia from the center line of Hudson Street to the southern boundary line of the Town of Columbia by grading, sidewalking, guttering and curbing said avenue to the full width thereof from said center line of Hudson Street to said southern boundary line of said Town of Columbia, in accordance with ordinance No. 149 of the Town of Columbia; ratifying and approving the assessment roll covering said improvement as prepared and corrected, levying and assessing the expense and cost of said improvement and directing the collection of said assessment.
