An ordinance amending Sections six and thirteen of Ordinance No. 149 of the Town Council of the Town of Columbia, being an ordinance entitled "An ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the Town of Columbia from the center line of Hudson Street to the southern boundary line of the Town of Columbia, by grading, sidewalking, guttering and curbing of said avenue to the full width thereof from said center line of Hudson Street to said southern boundary line of the Town of Columbia; providing for the assessment of the cost and expense of said improvement against the property fronting upon said avenue between said points and for the collections and enforcement of said assessment and repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith."
