An ordinance amending Sections four and eleven of Ordinance No. 150 of the Town Council of the Town of Columbia, being an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the Town of Columbia, by grading a roadway therein and on the east side of the center line thereof from the south line of Angeline Street to the northern boundary line of said town; providing for the assessment of the property fronting upon the east side of said avenue between said points for the cost and expense of said improvement, and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith."
