An ordinance providing for the improvement of Alder Street, in the Town of Columbia, between the south end of block two in Meadow Park Addition and the north end of said block, by the construction of a sidewalk in and along the west side of said street between said points; providing for the assessment of the cost and expense thereof against the property fronting upon the west side of said street between said points, and the collection and enforcement of such assessment, and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith.
