An ordinance providing for the improvement of Columbus Street, in the Town of Columbia, from the west line of Letitia Street to the east line of Brent Street, by grading, parking, sidewalking, guttering and curbing said street to the full width thereof from said west line of Letitia Street to said east line of Brent Street; providing for the assessment of the cost and expense of said improvement against the property fronting upon said street between said points, and for the collection and enforcement of said assessment, and repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith."
