An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 9 of the City of Columbia, being an ordinance entitled "An ordinance providing for the improvement of M Street, in the City of Columbia, from the eastern boundary of Milton-Noble Street to the shore of lake Washington, by clearing, grubbing, grading, and planking, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment", and providing for the abandonment of said proposed improvement.
