An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 4 for the improvement of Crawford Street from Rainier Avenue to Caldwell Street, in the City of Columbia, under Ordinance No. 7, and levying and assessing the amount thereof against the lots, parcels and subdivisions of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
