Ordinance 28, 1906-10-01

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Holmes Street, from the southwesterly line of Lake Way to the southerly line of N Street; N Street from Holmes Street to Summit Avenue, and Summit Avenue from the northerly line of N Street to the center line of Mount Baker Avenue, all in the City of Columbia, by clearing, grubbing and grading, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment.
