An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 26 of the City of Columbia, entitled "An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 6 for the improvement of M Street in the City of Columbia, from the center line of Milton-Noble Street to the western boundary of Holmes Street, under Ordinance No. 24, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the lots, parcels and subdivisions of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof".
