An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 8 for the improvement of Ferdinand Street, in the City of Columbia, from the easterly line of Rainier Boulevard to the westerly line of Milton-Noble Street under Ordinance No. 29, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the lots, parcels and subdivisions of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
