An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 7 for the improvement of Holmes Street from the southwesterly line of Lake Way to the southerly line of N Street, N Street from Holmes Street to Summit Avenue, and Summit Avenue from the northerly line of N Street to the center line of Mount Baker Avenue, all in the City of Columbia, under Ordinance No. 28, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the lot and parcels and subdivisions of land, as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
