An ordinance providing for the improvement of Bryant Street from the northerly line of the present planking of M Street to Lake Washington; E Street from the easterly line of Lake Way to the easterly line of Bryant Street; Tennyson Street from the southerly line of Lake Way to the northerly line of H Street; H Street from the easterly line of Bryant Street to the easterly line of Moore Street; Moore Street from the northerly line of H Street to the northerly line of K Street; K Street from the easterly line of Bryant Street to the westerly line of Holmes Street; said K Street from the westerly line of Moore Street to the easterly line of Scott Street; Scott Street from the northerly line of K Street to the southerly line of L Street; L Street from the easterly line of Scott Street to the easterly line of Pope Street; Pope Street from the southerly line of L Street to the southerly line of M Street; and M Street from the easterly line of Pope Street to the westerly line of Lake Way, all in the City of Columbia, by clearing, grubbing, grading and planking as one continuous improvement, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment.
