Abstract
An ordinance providing for the improvement of the easterly one-half of Caldwell Street from the southerly boundary line of the City of Columbia, to a point where said Caldwell Street is intersected by the southerly boundary line, produced, of the City as the same extends across tract no. thirty-five (35) of Frye's Addition to the Town (now City) of Columbia; all of Caldwell Street from the point last above mentioned to the southerly marginal line of Columbus Street; all of Winston Street from the northerly marginal line of Mount Baker Avenue to the northerly marginal line of Americus Street; Hudson Street from the westerly marginal line produced of Lot fifteen (15) in Block two (2) of said Frye's Addition to the westerly marginal line of Milton-Noble Street; Americus Street from the easterly marginal line of Caldwell Street to the westerly marginal line of Milton-Noble Street; all in said City of Columbia, by clearing, grubbing, grading, sidewalking, guttering and curbing, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment.
