An ordinance authorizing and directing the issuance of local improvement bonds for the improvement of Holmes Street from the southwesterly line of Lake Way to the southerly line of "N" Street; "I" Street from Holmes Street to Summit Avenue, and Summit Avenue from the northerly line of "N" Street to the center line of Mount Baker Avenue, all in the City of Columbia, under Ordinance No. 28 of said City.
