Abstract
An ordinance providing for the improvement of Ferdinand Street from the end of the planking now laid on said Ferdinand Street, to wit: from point one-hundred feet west from the northwest corner of Ferdinand Street and Rainier Boulevard, to the east line of Letitia Street, in the City of Columbia, by preparing for planking and planking, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment, under the five-year bonding system.
