An ordinance providing for the improvement of West Park Drive from the north line of Columbus Street to the south line of Crawford Street, in the City of Columbia, by laying water mains of proper dimensions therein, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other fixtures and appurtenances which may be necessary or desirable for the reasonable water service for irrigation and domestic purposes and for fire protection of the lots and parcels of land contiguous and approximate to the west side of said portion of said street, and providing for the payment thereof by means of local assessment under the immediate payment plan.
