An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 40 of the City of Columbia, being an ordinance entitled "An ordinance providing for the improvement of West Park Drive from the north line of Columbus Street to the south line of Crawford Street in the City of Columbia, by clearing, grubbing, grading, planking and sidewalking, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment."
