An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 11 for the improvement of Milton-Noble Street in the City of Columbia from the northerly line of Hudson street to the northerly line of "K" Street, under Ordinance No. 39, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the lots, parcels and subdivisions of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
