Abstract
An Ordinance to amend Section one (1) of Ordinance No. 17 entitled "An Ordinance to regulate the keeping of certain animals within the City of Georgetown and providing a penalty" passed the City Council the 29th day of February, 1904, and not having been approved by the Mayor became a law by virtue of law.
