An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Rainier Avenue between the City limits on the North and a point where the Van Asselt planking begins, being 5058 feet Southerly from said North limits, excepting 490 feet along the West 1/2 of a said Avenue lying Northerly from a point 30 feet south of the south line of Horton Street by planking and guttering the same, between said points and to assess 75% of the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
