An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Flora Street between a point 124.36 feet south of the south line of Bateman Street a point 204.36 feet south of the south and line of Bateman Street in Georgetown by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
