An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Flora Street in Georgetown on the Easterly side thereof between a point 324.36 feet from the south line of Bateman Street a point 404.36 feet south of the and south line of Bateman Street by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
