An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve "B" Street and Stanley Street between a point on the Easterly side of "B" Street in Georgetown 230 feet south of the south line of Stanley Street and a point described as follows: Beginning at a point 230 feet south of Stanley Street on the Easterly side of "B" Street; thence North 230 feet; thence East 12.96 feet; thence generally southerly along the southerly side of Stanley Street 171.44 feet.
