An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Estelle Street in Georgetown between a point on the west side of said street 405 feet south of the south line of Monroe Street a point 530 feet south of and said Monroe Street by sidewalking same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
