An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Flora Street in Georgetown on the easterly side thereof between a point 324.36 feet from the south line of Bateman Street and a point 404.36 feet south of the south line of Bateman Street by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the Improvement District, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 4.
