An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Estelle Street in Georgetown on the west side thereof between a point 405 feet of the south line of Monroe and a point 530 feet south of the south line of Monroe Street by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 5.
