An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Englewood Street, formerly known as Railroad Avenue and Rainier Avenue on the south and west side respectively between Bishops Street to Rainier Avenue and Rainier Avenue South 120 feet by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
