An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve Horton Street on the north side thereof between a point 182 feet west of Rainier Avenue and a point 212 feet west of Rainier Avenue by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
