An Ordinance providing for the improvement of "B" Street and Stanley Street in Georgetown between a point on the Easterly side of "B" Street in Georgetown, 230 feet South of the South line of Stanley Street, and a point described as follows: Beginning at a point 230 feet South of Stanley Street on the Easterly side of "B" Street; thence North 230 feet; thence East 12.96 feet; thence generally Southerly along the Southerly side of Stanley Street 171.44 feet by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvements district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 6.
