An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Englewood Street, formerly known as Railroad Avenue, and Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown on the South and West sides respectively, between Bishop Street and Rainier Avenue and between Englewood Street and a point on the West side of Rainier Avenue distant one hundred twenty (120) South of said Englewood by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 7.
