An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Horton Street in Georgetown on the Northerly side from a point 182 feet west of Rainier Avenue to a point 212 feet west of Rainier Avenue by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 8.
