An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 2, for the improvement of Estelle Street in the City of Georgetown from the south line of Bateman Street to the planking in the Sweeney Addition by grading, grubbing, planking and guttering the same under Ordinance No. 55, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
