An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 1, for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown from the North limits of the City of Georgetown to a point distant South therefrom 5060 feet, by grading, grubbing, planking and guttering the same under Ordinance No. 53, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
