An Ordinance providing for the laying off and establishing of an extension to an avenue in the City of Georgetown, to be known and designated as an extension to McLean Avenue; the same to be thirty feet wide, and to run across the tracks and right of way of the Columbia & Puget Sound Railway Company and the Northern Pacific Railway Company, in Section 21, Township 24, North Range 4 East, W. M., and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken and damaged for said purposes.
