An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Rainier Avenue in the west side thereof between a point 1970 feet south of the south line of Vega Street and a point 2075 feet south of the south line of Vega Street by the sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
