An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Spokane Avenue on the west side thereof between a point 200 feet south the south line of Tullalip Street and a point 250 feet south from the south line of Tullalip Street by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
