An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in Georgetown on the west side thereof between a point 1920 feet south of the south line of Vega Street and a point 2075 for south of south line of Vega Street by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 11.
