An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 9 for the improvement of Commercial and Rupert Street, in the City of Georgetown, from the South line of Junction Street to the West line of Plum Street, by clearing and grubbing the same, under Ordinance No. 86, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown on said roll, declaring the same to be a first lien thereon, and providing for the collection of said assessment.
