An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Stehman Street, in the City of Georgetown, as a public street and highway; the same to be forty feet (40) wide, between the intersection of Estelle Street and Mabel Streets, and proving for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken and damaged for said purpose and for the assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation.
